Continuous Improvement
"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence" -

Getting Better All The Time
Continuous improvement is the basic concept on which Catch Cabin operates. As a business we are always looking to do things better, looking to improve what we do so that we can be the best we can be. Over time, this should be of benefit to our suppliers, ebay, us as a business, but most importantly to our customers. Our aim is to ensure that we are providing the best levels of service to our customers, improving what we do and getting better all the time. If we can catch excellence, our customers will catch excellence too.
Continuous Improvement Model
A lot has been written about improvement models and theories, Kaizen and Six Sigma are among them. We feel that these models have their place and work better in some industries than in others.
For us the continuous improvement model is a simple cyclical process. It might be that we start working with a new supplier, this new supplier provides us with new products, which allows us to provide our customers with more choice and variety. Or perhaps our internal processes might be improved which would allow us to dispatch your orders more efficiently during busy periods, so you get your orders sooner...when you need them the most. The possibilities are endless and the sky is the limit (unless we start selling spaceships).
We love to hear your feedback on what you think we do well and what you think we can do better. We continuously monitor feedback from our customers and always consider the viability of any recommendations that we may receive, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
