We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right.

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt, all we ask is that it remains unused and in the same condition as it was received (for further information on this please see below). We do ask that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item (except where the item is defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in the post).

You should return an item in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way, as well as including:

    All original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

    Accessories such as cables and remote controls

    Certificates, manuals and warranty cards

    Free gifts or bonus items

    All items included in a bundle

If you receive an item from us that is defective, isn't as described or is damaged in the post we will refund the full value of the item, including postage, on receipt of the item back to us.  By mutual agreement, we may choose to replace the item if we have the available stock to do so.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method as used by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.  Any refund will be made as soon as possible on receiving the item back to us, but will be not longer than 5 working days after the receipt of the item.
